Job Summary

Provide technical guidance, design solutions, and skill-based engineering for water and wastewater clients to deliver full-range services. Participate in technical, cost, and scheduling efforts while ensuring quality standards, risk management protocols, and peer reviews. Direct and coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary water/wastewater activities and collaborate with regulatory and funding agencies. Lead project scoping, proposal presentations, and planning efforts involving budgeting and critical objectives. Work with clients, staff engineers, designers, and subconsultants to support project delivery. This role supports the New England Water Team across Boston, Springfield, Worcester, Rocky Hill, Portland, and Manchester on a hybrid schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Strong technical expertise, specifically in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering
  • Fully capable of providing technical leadership and direction to project teams
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to leverage technical expertise to develop technical solutions
  • Must be able to apply engineering knowledge and skills to support project delivery
  • Must be able to successfully collaborate with water and/or wastewater team
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary group
  • Must be able to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions
  • Must be able to provide technical guidance
