Job Summary
Manage and oversee multi-discipline water and wastewater projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Perform technical engineering design for systems including pipelines, treatment plants, and distribution networks using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Plant3D, Revit, Bentley WaterCAD, and SewerCAD. Conduct cost estimating to support project funding applications and provide accurate financial assessments. Prepare comprehensive technical reports documenting progress, findings, and recommendations while collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices to meet and exceed project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multi-discipline projects effectively
- Strong technical engineering design experience in water and wastewater systems
- Proficiency in cost estimating for engineering projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Plant3D, Revit, Bentley WaterCAD, and SewerCAD
- Experience in performing engineering computations and technical report writing
