Job Summary
Lead, manage, and oversee water and wastewater projects from conception to successful completion, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define objectives, requirements, and technical specifications. Conduct in-depth engineering analyses, feasibility studies, and intricate design work for water and wastewater systems. Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and other deliverables to ensure quality. Navigate permitting processes and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations for projects. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential data and provide technical guidance during construction phases. Manage construction activities, track project documentation, and address design modifications or issues. Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor of science degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
- Must be a Professional Licensed Engineering (PE) in CO or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 10+ years of proven experience in successfully managing water and wastewater engineering projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for hydraulic modeling, CAD design, and project management.
