Job Summary
PROJECT MANAGER for water/wastewater and construction projects overseeing overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes. Responsible for contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and scheduling to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time, and within-budget projects in the Food & Beverage sector. Leads cross-functional teams, collaborates with preconstruction to develop budgets (GMP/Lump Sum), manages subcontracting and supplier relations, and coordinates start-up, scheduling (P-6 or MS Project), and close-out activities. Emphasizes risk management, safety, customer satisfaction, and aligns with CDCC/Owner requirements. Requires a BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 4-6 years of leadership experience on construction projects (food & beverage preferred); 1-2 years in preconstruction preferred. Proficient in project-management software and office tools; strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of leadership experience on food & beverage construction projects
- 1-2 years in preconstruction preferred
- Proficiency with PC-based tools and project software (e.g., CMIC, Egnyte, Fieldwire, ProCore, Office)
- Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and results-driven mindset
