Job Summary
Manage and oversee civil engineering projects related to water and wastewater treatment from concept through construction, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver work on schedule, within scope, and on budget. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and engineering evaluations while developing strong client relationships and preparing proposals, budgets, schedules, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and engineering regulations. Requires a Texas Professional Engineer license and five years of water/wastewater leadership experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience in water/wastewater treatment project leadership
- Demonstrated business development experience: pursuing clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationships
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, hydraulic modeling, or treatment-specific software
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, regulatory compliance, and treatment best practices
