Job Summary
Manage projects in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget by collaborating with disciplines and subconsultants to develop risk-averse scopes and fee structures. Develop project plans, create schedules, and monitor progress while mitigating risks and managing extra work orders. Lead team members through performance management, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high-quality delivery. Communicate status updates to stakeholders, prepare reports, and assist in marketing efforts including proposal development and SMART Go/No Go decisions. Requires Registered Professional Engineer with 10+ years of water/wastewater experience. Salary $65-80/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited engineering program
- Registered Professional Engineer
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience delivering water and wastewater projects from design through construction phase engineering services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Works well in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- CAPM or PMP
- Experience working with local clients at the county and state level
- Experience with multiple project delivery methods i.e. Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3
- Experience managing multidiscipline project teams
