Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee small-to-mid-sized water and wastewater projects by assembling teams, developing scope, schedules, and budgets, and acting as the primary client contact. Monitor project costs and track planned budgets to ensure projects stay within budget while securing appropriate resources for timely completion. Identify and resolve problems to prevent additional costs, organize regular meetings, document deliverables, and maintain client relationships through contract negotiations. Mentor junior staff, enforce safety standards, and meet client expectations. Requires 6+ years of experience with wastewater projects including piping extensions, pump stations, and treatment plant rehabilitation. Associate degree required; Bachelor's in engineering preferred. Salary commensurate with experience; no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree with equivalent experience
- 6+ years of project experience
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater services
- Wastewater project experience (piping extensions/rehabilitation, new pump stations/rehabilitation, treatment plant rehabilitation for various types of treatment processes, and new treatment plant projects)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
