Job Summary
Manage water and wastewater design projects, including pump station design, inflow and infiltration studies, hydraulic modeling, and collection system condition assessments. Lead engineering design staff to generate detailed construction plans while serving as the primary client liaison to meet deadlines and budgets. Perform technical tasks such as research, reports, and specifications to ensure cost-effective execution. Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client relationship management for municipal and private clients. Requires NJ Professional Engineering license, 10-15 years of experience, and a clean driving record. Full-time role in Parsippany, Mount Laurel, or Bloomfield, NJ, with a salary range of $114,975-$149,738.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- NJ Professional Engineering license
- 10-15 years of related experience
- Specific experience preparing reports and design plans and specifications for water and wastewater system projects in NY and NJ, including pump stations, tanks, and pipelines
- A successful track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget
- Driving is a requirement of the position
- A clean driving record
