Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects with a strong focus on client development, relationship building, and profitable project execution. Responsibilities include growing and mentoring a technical team, performing moderately complex engineering calculations, using CAD/engineering software to prepare design documents, writing technical specifications and reports, coordinating with government agencies and clients for information and approvals, applying company standards, and managing scope, schedule, and budget. Top candidates will have a proven track record in securing work with clients, directing project delivery from planning through construction, and actively engaging in industry organizations to advance Montana water and wastewater initiatives. Licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Montana or ability to obtain within six months is required; BS/BA in Engineering or related degree and 7+ years of experience are expected. Primary locations include Helena, Billings, and Great Falls; position is full-time with a focus on independent work and teamwork.
