Job Summary
Lead multi-discipline water and wastewater projects in New York, overseeing planning, evaluation, design, and construction of systems (piping, pump stations, storage, treatment facilities). Manage client coordination, scope, schedule, budget, safety, QA/QC, and profitability; mentor staff; contribute to business development and client relationships; serve as primary doer/seller for the NY Water Division with growth into a leadership role. Eligible for sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater market
- Minimum 2 years of experience serving as a Project Manager leading multi-discipline teams
- Excellent technical writing, verbal communication, and leadership
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and hydraulic/design modeling software
- Ability to develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships
- Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to business development
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
