Job Summary
Join Ardurra as a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer, where you will provide technical leadership and direction throughout project lifecycles, from concept to construction close-out. The role involves leading advanced analyses and design reviews for complex public works projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining project standards and QA/QC procedures. You will also mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, a PE license, and 5-15 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related
- Washington or Idaho PE license required (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
- 5-15 years experience in public works
- Proven record of leading the design and construction of water, wastewater, water‐resources, and related infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated technical leadership and team guidance skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with land‐use codes and submittal processes
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
