Job Summary
Lead department performance and staff management while mentoring junior engineers and training new hires. Drive short and long-term strategic planning, build and maintain client relationships, and assist with business development. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing end-to-end project management duties to ensure delivery goals are met. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, seven years of consulting experience, and three years of supervisory experience. Salary is commensurate with experience; no sponsorship authorized. Required Qualifications
