Job Summary
Design systems for drinking water and wastewater transport, including pumping and storage projects, while assisting senior staff on treatment plant designs. Review drainage systems for stormwater or floodplains to safeguard ecosystems and public safety, then assess infrastructure needs based on projected population and development demands. Analyze treatment technologies, develop specifications for force main systems, and conduct feasibility studies for public utility construction. Collaborate with contractors and government agencies on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Prepare technical reports, provide client support on water resources issues, and perform cost-benefit analyses. Align with the marketing team on RFPs, presentations, and project scoping.
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering
- Registration as a licensed Professional Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in public infrastructure projects related to Water Resources field
- Project and / or Client Management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing water treatment plants, in part or in whole
