Job Summary

Lead all phases of multifaceted water/wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through completion, developing advanced engineering designs, technical reports, and contract documentation while guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff. Provide expert consultation to resolve highly complex technical issues across multiple projects, plan schedules, and coordinate detailed phases with engineering and project management teams. Conduct engineering studies, investigations, and prepare reports for leadership, clients, and regulatory agencies, while preparing technical proposals and external presentations showcasing sustainable water solutions. Requires a PE license, 8-20 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Salary range $125,000 - $175,000.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 8-20 years of progressive engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areas
  • Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
