Job Summary
Support field investigations and assessments while performing design engineering calculations for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting, then participate in writing and producing technical project reports. Advance projects from inception to construction by adhering to timeframes and deadlines under the mentorship of senior engineers. Requires a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, EIT certification, and willingness to travel to project sites. No visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Willing and able to travel to project sites as necessary
- Practical and Technical written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to work in and support a team environment
- High level of independence, confidence, and strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply fundamental engineering principles
- Familiarity with engineering software for design and analytical analysis
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles focused around hydraulic and environmental engineering concepts
- Familiarity with development of technical reports, engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- EIT Certification (i.e. Passed (or have the ability to pass) Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam)
- Ability to obtain a Professional Engineering (PE) License following completion of required work experience
