Job Summary
Water/Wastewater Engineer II responsible for executing design projects for water/wastewater infrastructure including treatment, collection, distribution, pumping, and storage; create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings; provide construction support with shop drawings, RFIs, and site visits; work under supervision of project managers and senior engineers; apply engineering principles to develop solutions, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; collaborate with technicians, designers, engineers, and clients; require BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 2 years of related experience and familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic models; strong communication and teamwork skills; flexible to work in a hybrid office/remote arrangement in the Richmond, VA area.
Required Qualifications
- BS Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related degree and 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
