Job Summary
Conduct engineering work on water and wastewater treatment plants and conveyance systems, including hydraulic modeling, cost estimating, and preparation of technical reports and specifications. Develop plans and specifications for municipal clients while providing engineering services during construction and participating in field activities such as pilot testing. Perform data entry and analysis to support engineering planning and design projects. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering, Professional Engineer registration, and 5 to 10 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental Engineering
- Registration as a Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training
- 5 to 10 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plants (WTP/WWTP) and conveyance
- Experience with large diameter pipelines
- Strong design of Water/Wastewater Conveyance or treatment plants for municipal clients
- Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
