Job Summary
Conduct engineering work for water and wastewater treatment plants and conveyance systems, including hydraulic modeling and cost estimates. Prepare reports, develop plans and specifications, and manage permitting and technical memoranda for municipal clients. Provide engineering services during construction and participate in field activities such as pilot testing. Perform data entry and analysis while supporting engineering planning and design projects. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering, PE registration, and 5 to 10 years of experience with large diameter pipelines and treatment plant design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental Engineering
- Registration as a Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training
- 5 to 10 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plants (WTP/WWTP) and conveyance
- Experience with large diameter pipelines
- Strong design of Water/Wastewater Conveyance or treatment plants for municipal clients
- Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
