Job Summary
Lead the planning and design of water and wastewater systems while serving as a technical resource for client projects. Manage business development by identifying strategic targets, building client relationships, and ensuring proposals meet all objectives and contractual obligations. Act as a project manager when needed to direct teams toward meeting budget, schedule, and quality control procedures. Provide quality control reviews within technical expertise and participate in professional organizations to promote company capabilities. Requires an M.S. or B.S. in engineering, 12+ years of experience, and a PE license. Salary is commensurate with experience; no sponsorship authorized.
Required Qualifications
- M.S., B.S. in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering degree
- 12+ years of experience, including working collaboratively with clients and design teams
- PE License
- Established relationships in this market
- Proven project management experience delivering quality work on time and within budget
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
