Water/Wastewater Engineer

Job Summary
Conduct engineering evaluations for wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment processes while preparing design calculations, reports, plans, and specifications. Manage construction phase activities by coordinating shop drawing reviews, responding to RFIs, and developing change orders. Perform field duties including site investigations, witness testing, and milestone construction observation. Supervise junior staff and lead the pursuit of small to moderate projects through technical proposal writing and budgeting. Communicate directly with clients to confirm plan accuracy. Requires a BS in Engineering, five years of water/wastewater experience, and a PE license preferred. Located in White Plains, NY.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical)
- 5+ work experience in the design and/or design services of water/wastewater
- Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- PE License preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Access, Teams, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D software
