Job Summary
Oversee complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects by providing advanced analysis for designs, reports, and contract documents. Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed project phases with engineering disciplines and management staff while monitoring progress to ensure efficient production and budget adherence. Provide technical guidance and review for junior engineering staff to support project delivery. This role requires a PE license, four years of experience, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation. Located in Blacksburg or Richmond, VA, the position offers a salary range of $87,000 to $95,000. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience
- Linear design experience (distribution and collection systems) or water treatment or wastewater treatment process experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be available for Blacksburg, VA or Richmond, VA
