Job Summary
Provide advanced judgment and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed project phases with other engineering disciplines and project management staff while monitoring progress to ensure efficient production and minimize infrastructure issues. Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions, while providing guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
