Job Summary
The Water/Wastewater Director will lead a team of approximately 30 engineers in delivering water infrastructure and treatment projects across Florida, with a focus on project execution and client service. Responsibilities include monitoring budget, scheduling, and quality of projects, providing technical leadership and mentoring, supervising Project Management staff, and fostering innovation. The role also involves business performance management, client relations, risk management, and developing solutions that enhance client value. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Professional Engineer license, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Professional Engineer required, Florida preferred
- At least 15 years of related experience
