Job Summary
Install and service residential and light commercial water treatment systems, including softeners, reverse osmosis, and whole-home filtration. Diagnose issues, identify product failures, and perform warranty replacements while providing accurate estimates and recommending long-term solutions. Build trust with customers by explaining options clearly, creating professional proposals using ServiceTitan, and collecting payments to close out jobs cleanly. Follow all safety policies and procedures while working on plumbing components like pressure valves and smart valves in outdoor conditions, including Arizona heat and elevated work. Minimum two years of plumbing experience with water treatment installation required, plus strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience, specifically with water treatment installation and service
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills—you can spot issues others miss
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (you can explain things without sounding like a manual)
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Commitment to getting the job done right the first time
- Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 100 lbs (with or without proper equipment)
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions—Arizona heat included ☀️
- Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and at moderate to high elevations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
