Job Summary
Manage construction planning activities and project schedules while producing cost and progress s-curves. Liaise with managers and engineers to discuss project progress and address issues, drafting letters, memos, and reports on documentation, cost, and planning. Assist the contract manager and procurement in resolving disputes with contractors and suppliers. This full-time, onsite role at the Haworth WTP requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering and at least five years managing large, complex construction projects. Familiarity with Project Control tools and software such as MS Project, AoDOCs, or Procore is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical
- Experience in Water/Wastewater Design & Build projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large, complex, construction projects
- Strong listening abilities and reporting skills
- Familiar with Project Control tools (Doc control, Planning, etc..)
- Computer skills (MS Project, AoDOCs or Procore, etc..)
