Job Summary
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of two water treatment facilities to ensure safe, reliable drinking water delivery while adhering to TCEQ regulatory requirements. Coordinate maintenance activities and inspect equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical systems, pumps, and piping to maintain continuous plant operations. Assist in developing operational procedures and water quality monitoring practices to detect process issues early and optimize performance. Perform semi-skilled to highly skilled technical work involving the installation and repair of instrumentation and critical infrastructure using knowledge of SCADA, electrical systems, and general facility maintenance. Exercise independent judgment in applying policies and resolving operational challenges under limited supervision.
