Job Summary
Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain Culligan water treatment equipment in customer homes and businesses. Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair systems, ensuring proper functioning while completing related paperwork accurately. Clean equipment, parts, and tools to maintain good working order, and apply protective coverings to nearby surfaces. Collaborate with team members to optimize treatment processes and assist with product delivery. Maintain company vehicles and tools, and communicate positively with customers to uphold public relations. Follow all safety rules and company policies while adhering to a schedule that may require overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Driver's License (Required) plus a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift/move 50-75 lbs. or more such as bags or salt, equipment and supplies that are required daily
- Available to work overtime as needed
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping
