Job Summary
Install Radon Mitigation Systems and water filtration systems into existing homes following a proven training-based strategy. Ensure complete customer satisfaction by keeping the home clean, safely and efficiently performing installations, and loading materials/tools as needed. Proactively selects materials, tools, and equipment, reviews job specifications, and maintains safety standards while working autonomously in the field. Collects payment upon job completion and strives to complete installations at or below defined labor percentages. Ideal candidates are true craftspeople who take pride in improving living environments, are self-starters, organized, positive, and able to work well with others. Training will establish the standard approach to radon services with opportunities to contribute to customer-focused outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a craftsman in residential construction
- Experience installing radon mitigation systems and water filtration systems (preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously in the field
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
