Job Summary
Operate a company vehicle in accordance with DOT laws while completing daily service orders for residential and commercial water treatment equipment. Perform diagnostics, installations, or removals on water treatment systems, identify malfunctions, and resolve issues. Foster customer relationships through direct interaction, communicate equipment status, and provide problem-solving solutions. Ensure timely collection of payments and assist in past due receivables. Requires valid driver's license, minimum one year plumbing experience, and ability to lift over 100 pounds. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, with occasional travel to nearby branches.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year or more plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with the city area where duties will be performed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
- Must undergo a DOT physical (at the time of hire and every two years thereafter)
- Must undergo a drug screen
- Must undergo a background check in line with state and Federal laws
- Ability to lift over 100 pounds with assistance of dolly or lift
- Ability to drive for extended periods (2-3 hours)
- Ability to kneel/bend for extended periods
