Job Summary

Lead water transfer operations including installation, troubleshooting, removal, and critical activities like dewatering, pressure testing, and rig-up/shut-down. Conduct daily shift change meetings, manage crew timekeeping, and oversee equipment, trailers, and vehicles in compliance with DOT and Shalestone SPCC policies. Operate and train field staff while inspecting PPE, rigging, and tools. Prepare crews for inclement weather, manage inventory of yard assets, and ensure accurate daily reporting and paperwork submission. Supervise on-site sub-contractors and identify talent for future leadership roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior water transfer supervisory or management experience within the O&G Industry
  • Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as random drug testing
  • Valid driver's license and approved motor vehicle record
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office and supporting programs
  • Local Candidate
  • Support projects locally and in outlying basins (travel required unless negotiated otherwise)
