Water Transfer Specialist

Job Summary
Set up, operate, and break down water transfer equipment including pumps, hoses, lay-flat piping, manifolds, and tanks. Monitor flow rates, pressure, and system performance to ensure uninterrupted water supply. Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, pressure issues, and equipment malfunctions while performing routine maintenance and inspections. Communicate with supervisors, frac crews, and other field personnel to coordinate operations. Follow all safety policies, environmental regulations, and site-specific procedures. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Complete daily reports, safety logs, and equipment checklists. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, fit for duty, agility
Desired Qualifications
- Previous oil & gas field experience preferred (water transfer, frac, production, or rig work)
- Experience with high-pressure hoses, pumps, and fluid transfer systems is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset
