Job Summary

Lead, mentor, and supervise water transfer technicians while coordinating rig-up, operation, and rig-down of pumps, pipelines, and storage tanks. Conduct pre-job planning, safety meetings, and equipment inspections; enforce safety policies and respond to alarms, leaks, or equipment issues. Monitor flow rates, pressures, and tank levels; operate pumps to transfer water between systems. Track equipment usage, storage volumes, and material inventory; complete preventive maintenance and maintenance records. Maintain professional communication with clients and project managers; verify H2Optics meter functionality and submit daily reports on progress and volumes. Work a four-week on, two-week off rotation in remote locations, performing physically demanding field work outdoors.

Required Qualifications

  • At least two years of water transfer leadership experience
  • Hands-on experience with pump setup and operation, pipeline installation, tank monitoring, flow measurement, and basic equipment troubleshooting
  • Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record for the preceding three years
  • Proficient in safely operating skid steers, telehandlers, and deployers
  • Reliable transportation to and from company facilities or designated mobilization points
  • Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including a drug screen and background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel, including by air, and work at remote project locations for the full four-week rotation; operational needs may occasionally require a longer stay
  • Ability to perform physically demanding field work outdoors in varying weather and terrain, while safely handling hoses, piping, tools, and related equipment
  • Dependable, punctual, focused, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients
