Water Softener Service Engineer

Diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical faults in water softeners across residential and commercial properties. Deliver high levels of customer service while managing daily workloads, parts stock replenishment, and company documentation including service reports and quotes. Ensure payment details are collected before leaving each site and adhere to health and safety procedures. Maintain the company vehicle in accordance with policies while working independently or within a high-performing team. All necessary equipment, tools, a vehicle, and phone are provided.
