Job Summary
Lead design and construction projects for water and wastewater systems while integrating critical operational and maintenance aspects. Offer technical assistance to guarantee seamless alignment of business processes and represent regional facility O&M initiatives with the central team. Drive improvement in utilities quality through variation reduction, energy consumption minimization, and cost-saving initiatives across the network. Assess and ensure effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs, regularly communicating with site engineering and O&M teams on status and performance. Develop training and certification programs, review FIPA/METS events, and provide recommendations to minimize critical impact events. Leverage AI tools and generative AI assistants to enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency in daily workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in UPW/WWT systems operation and maintenance skills
- Strong technical leadership skills with a passion for operational excellence
- Experience in driving continuous improvement and aligning global methodologies
- Ability to provide on-site presence for critical failures and support all sites
- Strong analytical skills for benchmarking and performance assessment
- Excellent communication skills for regular updates and collaboration with teams
- Dedication to sustainability, energy optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- AI proficiency or AI‐enabled ways of working
- Leverage AI tools and AI-assisted technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency in daily work
- Utilize AI-supported solutions to enhance day-to-day tasks and workflows
