Job Summary
Water Safety Instructor at Aqua-Tots Swim School responsible for teaching life-saving swim lessons using Aqua-Tots curriculum, maintaining pool safety, updating families on student progress, and supporting team goals. Must be able to work at least two shifts weekly, be comfortable in the water, and demonstrate strong communication, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. Preferred experience includes working with children and aquatics (lifeguarding, swim instruction). Location: Falls Church, VA; part-time schedule with evenings and weekends required.
