Job Summary
Respond to water damage emergencies by performing extraction, drying, and restoration while assessing damage extent and developing restoration plans. Use specialized equipment to detect moisture and monitor drying progress, then clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold and contaminants. Communicate effectively with customers throughout the process to provide updates on restoration progress. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with on-call rotation. Based at SERVPRO of Fort Dodge in Fort Dodge, IA, this role supports our decade-long commitment to community restoration services.
