Job Summary
Retrieves work orders, loads equipment, and arrives at residential and commercial sites to perform water damage restoration including extraction, pack-out, demolition, and light construction. Monitors active jobs with urgency, adjusts drying plans based on meter readings, and ensures quality control on all tasks. Explains processes and next steps to customers using printed guides, resolves issues, and obtains signatures for approval. Prepares documentation, photos, and notes per company policies to secure insurance reimbursement. Reports equipment malfunctions and maintains proper handling of supplies and vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Drivers' License and satisfactory driving record
- Good verbal and written and communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Experience with using mobile software to enter data
- Can read and follow product label usage instructions
- Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform
- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
- Must be prepared to move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
- Must be prepared to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be prepared to lift, squat, crawling and crouching
- Must be able to seal respirators to face
- Must have visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry
- WTR – Water Damage Restoration Technician certification
- ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician certification
