Water Restoration Project Manager

Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews by interacting with customers to develop scope of work, monitor progress, and serve as the primary contact to ensure satisfaction. Prepare and review estimates, act as a liaison with insurance companies, and manage collections while ensuring technicians adhere to IICRC and RRSC guidelines. Perform water restoration sales and technician functions as needed and maintain complete documentation. Manage and supervise all water restoration crews in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Xactimate software and knowledgeable of industry practices and insurance reimbursement.
