Job Summary
Respond to fire and water damage emergencies including after-hours and on-call situations as a restoration technician. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and insurance companies regarding job status and progress. File claims, provide sketches, scope of work, and photographic documentation to support insurance processes. Coordinate with tradesmen such as plumbers, HVAC specialists, and granite installers to ensure comprehensive job completion. Maintain familiarity with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in water mitigation while upholding a customer-first attitude. Requires a valid driver's license, successful drug test, background check, and 24/7 on-call rotation availability.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Emergency Services Lead Water Mitigation Technician with a proven track record of success
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass drug test
- Must pass background check
- Must be available on call after hours
- Available for emergency service calls 24/7 on rotation basis when on call
