Job Summary
Lead commercial and residential water restoration projects by inspecting sites, presenting solutions to customers, and managing proposals via Xactimate software. Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and insurance agents throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely completion and satisfaction. Promote company services to insurance agents for damaged properties and manage teams of sales representatives and service technicians. Work in a fast-paced environment as a first responder, utilizing strong communication skills to drive results.
Required Qualifications
- Sales management experience preferably in the restoration or service industry
- Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent using Xactimate software
