Job Summary
As the front-line representative for SERVPRO, the Water Restoration Crew Chief/Restoration Supervisor coordinates, monitors, and performs production activities on restoration projects to ensure quality and deliver a positive customer experience. Key duties include coordinating production processes, supervising restoration technicians, managing customer and client experience, documenting detailed job files, and monitoring labor and consumable usage. The role requires following OSHA guidelines, coaching technicians, and communicating project progress to the project manager and office staff. IICRC certification is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma/GED is preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction; ability to lift heavy objects and work in demanding environments.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- IICRC certification a plus, not required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
