Water Resources Section Head

Coordinate strategic growth plans with office managers and practice leaders to establish and grow market presence through marketing and business development. Manage the department financial budget, allocate resources, and lead proposal production while serving as technical expertise for project managers. Establish staffing needs, interview and hire new staff, and conduct performance reviews based on input from project managers. Provide continuous leadership through setting expectations, goals, feedback, and coaching to support team development. This role supports Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson's multidisciplinary engineering services to public agencies and private clients throughout the United States.
