Job Summary
Manage assigned projects by planning scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating teams and stakeholders. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks through extra work orders and contract proposals. Lead team members via coaching, performance management, and regular check-ins to ensure high-quality delivery. Prepare status reports, present updates, and assist in marketing decisions including SMART Go/No Go evaluations. Collaborate with disciplines and subconsultants to define scope and fees, while maintaining relationships with clients to meet requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited engineering program
- Professional Engineering License
- 10+ years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Bentley ORD and Autodesk Civil 3D
- Proficient in ICPR, SWMM, and HED-RAS modeling software
- Proficient in ArcGIS
- Experience working with local clients at the county and state level
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Presentation Skills
Desired Qualifications
- ENV SP certification
- CAPM or PMP certification
- Experience with multiple project delivery methods i.e. Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3
- Experience managing multidiscipline project teams
- Experience with stream restoration projects
- Experience with water quality projects
