Water Resources Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage water resources engineering projects by overseeing scope, schedule, and budget while collaborating with disciplines and subconsultants to develop risk-averse scopes and fees. Create stormwater drainage design deliverables for clients, conduct quality assurance reviews, and provide coaching through one-on-one check-ins and project debriefs. Communicate status updates to stakeholders, build client relationships to execute quality projects, and monitor progress by mitigating risks and managing extra work orders. Assist with marketing processes including SMART Go/No Go decisions and proposal development. Requires a TN PE license and 8+ years of experience in drainage and stormwater management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited engineering program
- TN PE License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- 8+ years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication Skills
- Strong presentation Skills
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of stormwater software including but not limited to: HEC-RAS, HY-8, Microstation, Bentley Open Roads Platform
- TDEC Level II EPSC Certification
- TDOT Drainage Design standards and practices
- Experience working with local clients at the county and state level
- Experience with multiple project delivery methods i.e. Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3
- Experience managing multidiscipline project teams
