Job Summary
Lead watershed planning and capital project design for municipal clients while delivering projects involving green infrastructure, nature-based solutions, and traditional stormwater infrastructure. Responsibilities include project execution, client service, mentoring team members, coordinating tasks, supporting project monitoring, and providing technical leadership. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and approximately 8+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or other related scientific discipline
- Approximately 8+ years of directly applicable experience

- PE license or other relevant licensure/certifications
- Experience in proposal writing
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to function efficiently within a team
- Comfort with AutoCAD, Hydro CAD, ArcGIS or other design or modeling software
