Job Summary
Direct and oversee the development and implementation of alternative water supply programs (water conservation, recycled water, purified water, and groundwater) to meet future water supply needs; lead a division of 25+ professionals; direct long-term studies; coordinate with internal/external stakeholders; communicate program developments and project needs to decision-makers and the public; manage capital budgets and project reporting; provide representation in local, regional, and statewide efforts and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university; AND at least eight (8) years of professional experience in water supply planning and/or strategic planning; and project management; of which three (3) years must include experience supervising/leading teams of professionals.
