Job Summary
Plan, design and implement drainage improvement, stormwater management and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling projects for transportation sector; develop drainage designs using MicroStation and ORD; prepare drainage and stormwater plans, reports, and construction-level plan sets; coordinate drainage designs with Roadway, Structures, Utilities, & MOT; utilize OpenRoads Designer (StormCAD), MicroStation, ESRI ArcGIS Pro, PCSWMM, FHWA HY-8, Hydraulic Toolbox; 15% travel to client sites within East South Central and South Atlantic regions; option to work from home up to 2 days per week; based in Raleigh, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, including coursework in hydrology and water resources
