Job Summary

Provide project engineering and task management on water resources design projects for municipal clients. Supervise and delegate work to junior engineers and support staff to manage specific hydraulic engineering tasks. Conduct stormwater collection systems modeling, perform floodplain and hydrologic studies, and execute sediment transport analyses. Assist in water resources permitting, prepare engineering plans for detention and flood control facilities, and present data in technical reports. Work independently within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to business development and proposal preparation. Requires 4-10 years of experience, a Utah Professional Engineer License, and a salary range of $90,000 - $155,000+.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of increasingly responsible, professional experience in the study, design, and construction administration of water resource-related projects
  • Utah Professional Engineer License, or ability to obtain within 6 months

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in with an emphasis in Hydrology and/or Hydraulics (or related)
