Job Summary
Water Resources Engineer to support transportation and infrastructure projects in Virginia. Lead technical design efforts; perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on drainage and stormwater projects; prepare construction plans, reports, and permit documentation; review designs for standards and regulatory compliance; coordinate with project managers and clients; site visits and ongoing professional development in stormwater regulations and modeling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience
- Virginia PE license preferred or ability to obtain Virginia licensure through reciprocity
