Job Summary
Water Resources Engineer at Stanley Consultants. Lead project development in water resources engineering and determine solutions to meet client needs. Utilize hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools such as HEC RAS, XPSWMM, and HydroCAD, and apply Civil 3D or MicroStation for design tasks. Collaborate with teams, communicate findings effectively, and contribute to an employee-owned, client-focused engineering firm that values flexible work options and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensed or ability to become licensed within 6 months of employment.
- Wide knowledge with water resources engineering background, with the ability to lead project development and determination of solutions to meet client needs.
- Varied software experience including hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, HEC RAS, XPSWMM, HydroCAD or other modeling softwares in the development of project solutions.
- Working knowledge and experience with ACAD Civil 3D or Microstation products.
- Familiarity with site grading design, surface runoff management, detention design, conveyance.
- Strong oral communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
